It's like musical chairs - we have more players than chairs, so every month there are people who don't get a house.

I have a tenant who has 2 chairs and a small table on the grass in the back yard causing my mower guy to have to stop and move it before mowing.

Bout fell out of my chair. 

That said, given the social challenges and massive debt, I suspect we’re just rearranging chairs on the Titanic. 

For example, many SBA lender's have a hard time lending to a hair salon because many salons rent out the chairs and the lender views the business as not occupying 51% of the space. 

Can guests walk to the chair lift?

I addressed this in a letter to the tenant concerning this unauthorized repair, not made by a licensed contractor, not up to code and worst off not a repair requests because it clears states in my lease like most, all repair requests need to be sent in writing..Im worried about the liability and what to do with this "self made" wheel chair ramp that was put up unauthorized and being held liable from the Town/Zoning, My Insurance company, and also the safety of my tenants..  

I've done some on patios by the pool (the wife stayed at least 20 ft. away from me the entire time, and her husband was the go-between, picking up the clipboard for me to pass, signing what he needed to sign, then walking over to her to get her signature.... more time intensive, but it worked), some in parking lots with a card table & lawn chairs, and one on the patio of a multi-million dollar home by the beach.

(Insurance won't touch it)3) If tree falls on ground and damages property (lands on a lawn chair) then insurance will take care of it and removal

Big big stretch, but the only thing I could add, is to perhaps borrow some kayaks or lawn chairs to put close to the lake.
