Some carriers will write rental policies on HO-3 or HO-5 forms, which are built for homeowner's and then add in endorsements to cover loss of rents and other non-owner-occupied endorsements.

Now the home has to go back on the market, but the hot summer season is over, so now they're trying to sell this pig in the slow fall season, and it's been vacant for 3 months at this point, hopefully squatters don't come in, oh and their insurance carrier just tripled their premium since it's now long term vacant real estate.

I do not accept cash (or any other form of payment, for that matter) in person, via US mail, carrier pigeon, etc.The OP's tenants can use their cash to pay via online portal or some other manner she wishes.
