If you go down to pretty much any corner, you're going to see a McDonalds/Burger King/Sonic/In n out....all within a couple blocks of each other....no one is complaining about Burger Saturation in their community...make your burger the best one and you'll have people showing up.

Unfortunately for you, you hired the kid that just got fired for taking a bath in the kitchen sink at burger king. 

I like their chili burger.

However, there are certainly not as many as the MW.Well in a state like FL (or TX, which is notorious for this), things like the 1% rule really don't tell you anything because those are just estimates...and what can nip things in FL and TX are high property taxes and insurance.

If you have a hole in the wall or a stain, hold your hand, foot, ruler, pop can, or something next to it for size reference.It sounds like a lot, but I've been doing this for 13 years and can document a house in less than an hour.

Several years later they re-zoned the properties & a Burger King bought all the adjoining homes on the corner & he got 3x what he paid.
