Turnkey Central Florida

Hey everyone!

So I’m looking to start acquiring buy and hold out of state, and I’m pretty interested in Central Florida! Orlando in particular. Anyone interested in connecting? Or any really great turnkey companies out there you would recommend?

Hey @Steven Rubino - I'd definitely check out Greater Orlando Home Buyers - Greg Bond is the guy who started it, and while I've not personally done a deal with them, I've been impressed by everything I've seen.

Also, http://turnkey-reviews.com/ might be a good place to start. I believe @Jay Hinrichs started it, and he's a legend here on BP.

I have a good friend here who is doing exactly what @Matthew Shedd mentions. He is buying land in around the perimeter of Orlando and building new construction duplexes. He's commanding higher rents and his capex is almost non existent for the first 10-15 years.
