All great athletics have coaches, but not all coaches are athletics.

Great idea for a thread.Currently splitting time as an inside salesperson / production coordinator.Also am an endurance athlete specializing in triathlon and marathon.  

Only the top 1% of athletes make it to the professional leagues.

Go talk to multi-multi millionaire athletes, and you will see a huge number of them that dropped out for NBA or NFL riches go back and finish their degrees, because they admit how it always bothered them that they were so close to such a significant achievement and never got it done. 

I don't think we have nearly the details to give you great advice in this case, but a few thoughts worth considering.Since Minnetonka is arguably the most sought-after metro lake and boasts some epic homes, you might want to consider executive rentals or renting to a professional athlete.  

Go big is true if you want to "make it big," but just like an athlete that makes the big's it takes hard work and dedication.

I spent most of my life as an athlete competing at a relatively high level.

I'm blessed that my W2 job provides excellent athletic facilities, so I have HIIT workouts scheduled on my calendar 4 days a week, and then I try to do a 5th on Saturdays.

It's unfair that I don't have LeBron's athletic ability, Jimmy Page's guitar playing skills or Brad Pitt's looks.

Among my life goals is endowing an athletic scholarship in my father's name at my alma mater.
