There are other legal strategies that you could consider, for anonymity, but I would recommend to start simple and fold those pieces in as necessary.

@Libby Wolfe your name would have to be on the purchase agreement, so I'm not sure you can have total anonymity.

I have been anonymously watching videos and reading articles from this community for a few years.

It's small enough to be able to travel from one side to the other in about 30 minutes, but still big enough to enjoy a level of anonymity that anyone who's ever lived in a small town would appreciate.There is a very diverse employment base here, including WPAFB, medical, biotech, defense manufacturing, and Amazon is opening a facility here soon - just to name a few.

Personally, I couldn’t imagine investing with anonymous partners, especially if I didn't control at least 51%.
