Hello everyone, so I found an off-market 7 Unit apartment building (seller financing) in the greater Lansing area in Michigan that is set up in a way that appears it can be converted into 8 units fairly easily.

Thats standard across the board here in Lansing unfortunately.

I am a new investor in the Kalamazoo area and Lansing area.

I would like to find a good attorney (and a CPA would be nice too) in the Lansing Michigan area to advise me on tax and liability implications, entity structure, etc.
