It is for Quonset hut building that my art studio is located in near I-25 and 8th Ave. my landlord did a seller finance deal and his insurance company said it is under-insured.  

The food/arts/entertainment has also exploded over the past 5 years!  

@Art MaydanHi Art, I would keep an eye out for the sleepers.. an odd commercial property zoned multifamily mixed use..  

By "nice place to live" I mean: a city that's sizable enough to have cultural/sports/arts activitiesparks and proximity to nature would be a plusclimate-wise, I grew up in CT so I'm used to four seasons, but would rather not go anywhere north of thatThanks in advance!

As I think you'll see, it's a bit of an art and a science.The fact that the property perks is great news, but it's only part of the overall equation in determining what you can use it for. 

Is it a 3br 2ba with a pool, gym, dedicated parking, and 5 minutes from the arts district?

I would prefer art museum/fairmount area.

Moved down to FloridaI will try to either get an:A) Engineering job which pays well enough for me to cover my expenses and fund my REI.B) Real Estate Agent where I won’t make much but will learn about the market and the inner workings of the art of the deal and evaluation of homes.
