hi micheal. i do not know about the area where you are, but here in western new york, the owner can remove the asbestos themselves and throw it away in the garbage. if, however you choose to have it done professionally, it will cost you thousands of dollars. with asbestos, you have to wet it down quite a bit to keep it from becoming airborne. check out some youtube videos to see how it is done

I'll spare you the whole pitch here, but what I'm offering is a way to take the photos they already have of a property and, instead of just throwing them into a slide show and putting elevator music behind them, putting them into Youtube videos with custom narrations that provide actual useful information and selling messages.No surprise, it's slow getting started since while this is hardly a new idea, it's still not exactly a common practice.

When we rent these days we take a video of the place before the renter moves in (time stamp) to ensure the place was in working order along with a agreement that states what the renter and landlord are responsible for.
