If you have an LLC you can have your attorney or title do a quit claim deed.

Hi - If I'd like to claim 100% bonus depreciation on a set of appliances I purchased for a rental property, would I just include the total value/cost in line 14 under "Part II - Special Depreciation Allowance and Other Depreciation" in form 4562?
