Idea of long term buy and hold investing, building up equity & future cash flow.

In fact, many subsidized housing tenants take great care of the property because they risk lousing their voucher if they violate lease terms.  

Most who  lean in the direction of taking ownership in their name do so because they may get slightly better terms on their financing for non owner occupied real estate which is not even the case if the individual is bankable with a half decent balance sheet.

Margins are small, and to me, the real wealth-building in REI comes from the long-term appreciation, not the short-term cash-flow.Anyway, welcome to the forums.

but long term.. the only one making money here is the guy selling the so called system 

I own a pm company and always give best effort to repair something, but after three or four times, it’s time to replace.

All the contracts, terms and conditions were signed by both parties and the title company even validated the purchase price weeks before closing on the title commitment.  

Question - if I go to the old insurance company or even a different one - the question will be asked  in layman's terms "have you been turned down for insurance and if so was it non payment ,structure, etc"--- at that point I have to say 'yes' and 'roof' right?

- Will this strategy impact my long home buying abilities 2-3 years from now when I am looking for my long term residence, and if so how?
