This is easily solved by working with a competent lender, but it is a thing to be aware of.If you try to split it up and pick two different lenders, the one set to close second may not close at all because the loan officer, underwriter, and underwriting manager are going to get pings saying "Albert D. is suddenly $300k more in debt at the last minute and this was not disclosed to us zomg!!!"

Judge lambasted the tenant for 20 minutes about having somebody come get the child, how did he think they could possibly have a hearing with a child in the courtroom, did he not understand that no children are permitted in the courtroom, etc.Judge continued until the next day and told the tenant that if they brought their child again, the judge would not permit the hearing to happen and the tenant would be considered as a no-show.Suddenly the tenant who couldn't find a sitter was suddenly able to do so.
