Cape Coral Rental Investments

Hello

I'm from CA and looking to buy long term rental investment properties in SW Florida. From my research I realized 2 areas are primary worth looking at:

1. Palm Beach County - Boca Raton and Delray Beach

2. Cape Coral

I need some advise from the local community if my analysis of cities for long term rental investment above is correct? Or are there any other cities I should be targeting.

I invest in the cape. It is very popular, has relatively low crime, and high rental demand.
