But, I also give credit to our senior leadership team. 

If you lived in a less inflated market, I'd say you could probably get yourself set up quite nicely with a team and do some BRRRR investing.

You’ll come away with this stronger and better in the end .

If I was to move on OOS investing I would certainly plan on multiple visits to the area while building a reliable team on the ground.I'm currently absorbing all of the information I can get my hands on, so i'm sure i'll be posting lots of questions.

My team and I usually will rehab them ourselves but when we have too many projects going or need the liquidity we will assign the contract to another investor.

Stuck with your plan, I’m sure you’ll team up with someone soon and be closing deals before you know it!
