The courts will then notify the tenant of a court date at least 6 days in the future.

You need to define FMV and the procedure to obtain it, there will be disagreements on the calculation, time periods, cost allocations, closing date, etc.

I would anticipate the return to be quite favorable at that cost, but I really have no as I have not had a discussion with a contractor to date.

@Steph Kawilarang I would get the keys, do a walkthrough of the empty unit with the tenant, amend the lease by writing in the new termination date and you and tenant sign.

I am also looking for a potential website or company that can find this information for me and help me speed up the process because thus far it is relatively time consuming locating the multifamily then finding the owners contact information, etc.
