Should I raise my offer price to match what the house next door sold for or stick to the $500-$550k range?

My business partner wanted to keep them but I am sure with the new railings we would either need to match or discard the old.

What they are not understanding that rents are not really matching with the sale price.

As an investor, I look at markets like Northern Liberties and Fishtown, and think that Point Breeze could easily match those kind of home valuations.

While this property doesn't seem to be a match, we ARE actively looking for properties.  

The numbers just don't match the price on it. 

Being a master in real estate investing, i sent him the deal and he said the deal looks great and would be interested if the  trailing 12 numbers matched and it really is as good of a deal as it seems, so all he requested from me is to send him the address and name of building.

It'd be a scream if it found a photo match ;)
