If they are personally served and you follow the rules of the court you will get a judgment.

Because the land is owned by the forest service, you purchase just the actual structure and sign a land-lease with the government, and there are very specific rules about the use of the lands in that lease.

However if you are selling a relatively large asset and want to replace it with numerous smaller properties then the rules change.

He has written rules into our by laws preventing moving kitchen and bathroom plumbing.
