can it simply be a function of the sales price and/or ARV?  

@Steve Babiak after you told me about the stickies I went to go search it out but the search feature was not functioning correctly.

I am hoping now that I am off of AOL I can get full functionality back on the BP site..

So it's not just a function of how much money someone makes or if they filed BK it's about how they manage their money and what have they done lately??

To make a long story short, there were many calls and letters and e-mails back and forth for several months about how to make the yard “compliant.”We were told any changes to the yard had to be approved, and that the landscaping did not appear as “robust” as it once had (we had a very harsh winter here last year, and many of the bushes/plants died back—they aren’t dead though, just had to be trimmed down to the ground.

(Obviously, we would still keeping the correct amount for repairs and a functioning association). 

When you know the characteristics of RE, the economic functions and relationships, learn proper terms and have a source to find them, understand government powers and influences.

It looks pretty robust, but until I scale up a little larger, free is fine with me.

It's the negotiation, showing, accepting applications, executing a lease one of these or all is a function of a licensee.

Is this something I should push my contractor push to have replaced, or should I trust that the carpenter installing them will be able to fix the front ascetically and that the particle board damage is irrelevant to the overall functionality of the cabinets?
