Any recommendations on property rental software?

I put up one of my properties for sale and I received a verbal offer that I liked but the agent is asking if would be willing to accept 20% and interest only financing for 2 years.

Anyone familiar with any lenders working with investment properties or can recommend creative ways of financing?

@Gregory SchwartzBlame politicians for making it too easy to see these property managers.It is called risk mitigation and as a company they do not want to disclose personal information (even though they require it to rent to you).I honestly don’t see an issue with it

I recently obtained a couple of quotes for foundation repair on one of my rental properties.

We are in the hard money lending business for commercial properties - with loan sizes from $500k to $5 million.  

These properties often have systems with about ten years of life left and are situated in neighborhoods with appreciating property values and rental income.The cash flow from a property largely depends on your down payment.

What would be the best use or strategy with a 75K HELOC to fund an investment property?
