As I posted this, we received an email that we have a second tenant who is moving in on Dec. 1 for 7 months. :) Another has been approved and they are waiting for them to sign the lease and send it back.

I don't think anyone is as bullish on Detroit as I am, so I agree with the post in general :-)That said, some clear oddities here.As @Michael Smythe mentioned, EEV is not on the west side.
