I'm trying to set up podio right now even though i have no customers yet , but i want to have the base ready, and learn how to work properly from the beginning., I'm doing DM right now, driving for dollars , have a website , and building a buyers list so i want to see how podio can help me have everything in one place.i am thinking to get someone from upwork to set it up for me cause it seems complicated?

I understand the tenant may have paid on time for several years and may have been a good tenant, but if I provided safe, clean, affordable housing and good customer service during this period, we had an even exchange.

NOT recommended, terrible customer service. 

Or you would have the property manager at the community next door flame you in an attempt to draw customers away from you.

They are not overly popular.

I also believe in being 'smart' (usong your insticts about a house/neighborhood/customer and constantly aware if your surroundings. 

In MT RE agents can pay and be paid by PM's for referrals, but they can't pay to someone unlicensed).Most of our online owner leads came from Google search (where we were at one point able to be the #1 search result for a lot of the popular search terms).  

He claimed he needed to call customer service to fix, but I think this is some sort of limitation with the VOIP service....Flag#4 - Kept asking me redundant questions that didnt make sense, showing a lack of knowledge in the lending industry.Flag#5 - Googling his name came back with a plethora of criminal cases/activity involving this name in other countries.
