We have spent so much time and effort improving this building and I hate to lose all that we have gained in the past several years to this person. 

They all left without issue.The most recent one called me and screamed that he was going to take me to court and that I would lose my license.

If I lose it, there are other deals.  

It shows you are a team player and I think you have the right attitude to go far.

But if it loses money with both units rented, then you don't touch it.
