My interest in Real Estate stems from my family owning a duplex near the University of Cincinnati, where my sisters and I all attend.Over the years, my parents have allowed me to take over paying the bills, maintenance, and leasing of the house. The more I learn about real estate, and see its benefits in action, the more I am sure that I want to make my business around it.I have educating myself on different investment strategies/outlets and plan to start making investments here soon.As I have only a few K saved up, Tax Liens are sticking out to me as good, inexpensive investments if I do my research.I appreciate all the more experienced members sharing all of their knowledge and I look forward to reading. If you have any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated!
