As I understand it you still have to keep the electric bill in your name and hope to be reimbursed and hope they don't argue with the amount you say they owe So much better to just have seperate meters and let them pay their own bill to the utility company.

I run a fairly large plumbing company with 20 employees and even my company gets only a few calls every year for sewage ejector pumps and since the pumps and pits are so nasty we turn the calls away.It is impossible for a plumber's snake to ruin a sewage ejector pump and they are made to handle Tampons and baby wipes.
