Hi everyone, I'm new to the business just looking to learn as much as i can first... any sugestion on where to beging learning, what to read first, I'm  interested in buy & hold...then once i master that, I'll move to commercial..

I was 25 and working a job and just graduated with my masters.

Now that I'm a week and a half from finishing my master's degree, I'll have more time to tinker around with stuff like that without spending a bunch of money or creating a time/stress cunch.

To say that someone who has mastered marketing hype, a dash of finance, some office lingo and repeated news flashes is an expert would be misleading.
