Now returns are 8-10%, loans still outstanding, up to 25% on partnership/gold/non-RE.Taking an approach of x dollars on your activities is basically and hourly determination and was frankly an unknown.

I have invested in 290 Peer Street loans over the past 18 months. 133 have paid in full and 157 are currently outstanding. 146 of these are listed as "current", seven are listed as "late 30", one is listed as "late 90", one is listed as "default" (and Peer Street has commenced foreclosure), and one is listed as "REO".

.- We are thinking of using HELOC on some of them.Again, there are many things we are looking to do with the funds, but we need someone ( a smart lender) who can provide us with a tailored plan that can benefit each other, specifically having outstanding rates.Tell us if this all makes sense.

@Bill Regan If the car loan and low student load debt are all you have outstanding, I'd say leave them alone unless the interest is high.

It can be tough to show the tenant caused the problem.Also include verbiage that says you can apply money received from tenant to outstanding charges in the order you choose.

As for winter, they dont salt the roads down here very often (the SCDOT doesnt even own a large fleet of trucks; last time we had snow we had to "borrow" trucks from hours away).
