I'd recommend brining in a mold inspector on all properties for 2 reasons:1) We are trained and know what to look for2) It can save you a lot of money in your negotiations.

These units currently sell for 55-60 and 45-50 respectively.Hola fees total $530 a month for all 4taxes roughly $320 a month for all 4Totaling roughly $1,900 a month for all 43 bedroom units rent for 850 and 2 bedroom 700 for a total of $3,100 a month if all goes well.We are just beginning to negotiate terms this is where we are starting please let me know what you think or any other info you need.
