Once you know the different types of investing, you and your husband can learn everything there is to know about which niche you want to get into (fix n flip, rental properties, wholesaling, etc).

His name is Joseph Norman, he is an investor himself, both rentals and fix n' flip and he understands the Baltimore market like no one else I have seen.

@John Britt  large parcels generally are not real development parcels because of zoning and if they are big developers have them on the radar.so its usually hunters or someone who has made good money just wants some big ranch type property, I started my career selling ranch land in N.
