Just put this one on the MLS- ID#6759375 My first listing as an agent (but not my first fix and flip). This purchase motivated me to finally get my sales agent license which has been an internal debate for me since the beginning of my investing career in 2009. It is on the market and therefore, I will not go into details about the numbers on the project except that the property was purchased in May of 2015 for $26,000, which is public knowledge. Construction was held off for a couple of months from purchase due to other projects, and was listed yesterday. Some dramatic before and after pics follow.
