There's no charge for attending other than your meal if you choose to eat.

By the time someone trys to sue the govmit over this the moratoriums will be over.In the long run though I think you will see that landlords will become more particular and certain renters who were able to talk themselves into a rental may get skipped over and end up having to move down the rental food chain..

If this investor is new or not a regular builder, this is not the best time to do a ground-up build with the cost of materials and the delays in the supply chain for everything on the interior.

you're not responsible for inconvenience expenses to the tenant for something not due to your negligence - and I would consider having to use a hot plate or a microwave in the living room for a week an inconvenience, not an "unlivable" situation - if he went to stay in a hotel, is he going to be cooking 4 star meals there?
