There are literally hundreds if not thousands of ways to invest in real estate and what's a best fit for you will depend on what it is you hope to get out of your investing career. 

If I could find deals lie that, I would literally purchase 10 of them...

Even before COVID, it was tough to find a non-QM lender that was willing to fund your loan held in an LLC for title, but with most non-QM lenders gone (most of them literally stopped funding loans last month), you will be hard pressed to find a lender in the current environment that will allow you to keep your home in LLC at funding.Good luck with your investing!

Unfortunately, not all PMs are created equal (as with literally any business/industry), and some people have had an unfortunately terrible experience, or two, or even three, and now preach against PMs based on that.

When we replaced the siding with a permit he re-appeared & the guys I had doing the job literally bolted, so I assume they had a run in with him before. they completed all the siding the following weekend.

I literally didn't lift a finger to find my tenant other than scheduling a showing (My VA lives in Seattle).

Hello I am 19 and soon to start wholesaling, can someone PLEASE look at this and tell me what is wrong with this/ how this is not the true reality... it seems WAY to good to be true it is literally insane, but realistically it should be very reasonable I would think.

I have changed contractor for a building permit by going to my local L&I office and literally standing there and asking them to update the contractor in the system.
