I would recommend continuing with your education (read books, listen to podcasts, participate in BP forums, attend meet-ups, etc.).

I've just started listening to the podcasts (I'm on 97 now) -- so I've heard you have an encyclopedic rulebook up there for landlords.  

I also have been listening to many podcasts, youtube, and other financial information that point out that the banks have large buildings because they take the money that you deposit and loan it out at interest to someone else. 

I recently decided to dive into real estate investing after listening to podcasts and being advised by several strangers that the real estate market is the way to go!

I have read multiple real estate related books, and I am an avid listener to the Bigger Pockets podcast.

Listen up folks: Make your money from renting property. 

I was kicking ideas around with my wife the other night and thought about the little time I've spent on biggerpockets, listening to my investor buddy and dabbling in the idea of investing myself.

It made total sense listening to Pace, but now I'm wondering if I can get this deal done.  

After listening to BP for a while, I'm trying to start out my financial journey with house hacking and eventually grow my real estate portfolio!
