The good news is that the apartment complex is likely 4+ units and a commercial loan, which puts more weight on the performance of the property than on your personal financial situation, unlike a conventional mortgage. 

Most engineering classes were at a ratio of 30 to 1, so if I were to hear reports on the subject I would expect it also to be along the same 30 to 1 ratio.I don't know what the ratio is in the investing space but I'd guess it's heavily weighted towards men while the realtor space might be heavily slanted towards women.

There has been a campaign by the city about these signs and basically solicited the public to report (or get rid of)  illegal signs, not just RE, it's the we buy gold, cosmetics, hair treatment and weight loss signs.

., give more weight to people in your same area or to people that do marketing nationally.

no one needs a coach or trainer to lose weight, get healthy, etc.

We have removed so many free weights and exercise equipment.
