You can also advertise your listings on the SECT8 website with them. 

Websites like Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, or even Craigslist might have listings.

The city focuses on large impact projects like this.

Everything came back great the tenants checked out they paid on time, rent was at market rate I eventually got to see the units and they were really nice, well taken care of and in excellent condition compared to other things I’d seen.

Of course this may depend on the size of the bathroom because I know there are some bathrooms that as as large as a typical bedroom if not larger.
