Hello everyone, nice to virtually meet you all.This is my first post on BP, and I write professionally, so I apologize for the longwindedness.

I tried to get some elementary education on flipping such projects.So far, my limited conversations, provided me the following information.1.

I am making this post to give others an idea into the raw numbers of a few properties and see a breakdown as that would have helped me quite a bit.

So, if you can find a make/ model of the door, that might help inform you as to how old it is.
