@Jon Burns, this is one of those truly crappy situations that has no good, easy resolution.Yes, you are running a business, but you are also a human being with obvious compassion for others.I would offer to let her out of the lease early and waive any lease-break fees you have, and as long as she leaves the property in good condition, refund her entire security deposit and write her a glowing recommendation. 

We will all smile at the warm-fuzzies of sustainable, life improving, rah-rah save the speckled toad whatever, look, we are all humans and like better things but it's like they instruct on any flight, FIRST put the oxygen on yourself then help others out.

@Itzel Salazar- try  1) contact  small/ mid size  banks and  credit unions in her area  2) contact manuf home  dealers  and  see what  financing  options they have or that they can recommend

Look, I get it, I am not a fan of big government yet I also am a realist and know that our local government is run by human beings, regular every day people, most of which live in our cities with us, some may be on your street even.
