I actually showed a client a few Pedro duplexes over the weekend and though they are South Bay natives they looked at Pedro like a hidden gem.

I have an automatic booking confirmation message, a "Check In Instructions/Things to know" message 1-2 Days prior to a guests check in, a general check in message after they have arrived, a checkout message with instructions 1 day prior, and lastly several messages asking for a 5 Star Review. 

Brandon summarized it very nicely, but your questions suggests that you are expecting hidden surprises.

Not to say this can't be a deal - every property has a price, but unless there's hidden value that isn't posted here, the numbers don't add up.Don't worry though, there is a way to make real estate work for you!

I'd list the website link and detailed instructions on the memo for the tenants to follow to properly deposit their rent every month.

Thanks for the input.I understand that the IP address associated with the computer is logged, but when using a router, the IP address of the router itself is the only one that the internet provider sees, so all of the individual users are "hidden" behind that router.
