I have an automatic booking confirmation message, a "Check In Instructions/Things to know" message 1-2 Days prior to a guests check in, a general check in message after they have arrived, a checkout message with instructions 1 day prior, and lastly several messages asking for a 5 Star Review.

Thanks for the input.I understand that the IP address associated with the computer is logged, but when using a router, the IP address of the router itself is the only one that the internet provider sees, so all of the individual users are "hidden" behind that router.
