Great area, close to shopping, plenty of restaurants and convenient to the airport.

Maybe the younger crowd is more convenience oriented?

So those of you who do regular inspections -- Account Closed [and others]Do you request that the tenant be present, and try to work with their schedule, or simply set a time that is convenient for you, whether the tenant can be there or not?

When is it convenient to have a LLC and what is really the purpose of it?

On average I had 2-3 calls a year.....so lets say $800/year....... that's a LOT of cost for some pretty basic repairs that would have been cheaper if I found a repair man myself to do the repair.I did it out of convenience since I was out of state and dint have an connection to local repair services etc...... they made the arrangements....but when you actually look at the cost and the crap work they did, it was a bad business decision on my partYou MAY get lucky and THEY fit the bill for some big expense, so in the end you save big $$, but the cards are stacked against it.....

It does not really matter, it would depend on what is most convenient for you.

The Dollar Stores are used by the lower and middle class for convenience items.

It isn't the cost of flight (which you can't guarantee will always be dirt cheap, or convenient or desirable, anyway) but it is a question of ongoing ownership and not having boots on the ground.
