@Brian EastmanBrian, thanks for helping me set up my IRA LLC over a year ago.I am very fortunate to have found you.I bought 4 properties and have them under management with an original 50% LTV.The loan is only 5 years, so I can avoid having a mortgage if I sell in 5 years.
