Tips for Ensuring Clients Don't Experience Buyer's RemorseEven though bidding wars are beginning to subside and asking prices are leveling out, homebuyers are still making big sacrifices.

Just looking for some discussion and negotiation tips.

Some topics I am really interested in are:-Tips and tricks for buying: Foreclosures, REO's, Short Sales, Sherriff Sales, etc-BRRRR investing-Rehabbing multi-unit properties-Or pretty much any seminar/workshop you found beneficial!
