Assure them you won’t accept partial payment and that they will receive a quit or pay on the 5th ..then on the 15 th you’ll be filing eviction papers with the courts .be firm and calm about it like you do it all the time

You have such a small list.. you hire a beginner attorney and your have your attorney write them a letter expressing your interest in the property.. very professional polite etc.. there is not a person on the planet that will not open a letter and read it from a law firm..
