Closing on a wholesale property

Hi Everyone! I'm getting ready to close on my first wholesale cash property and want to make sure that I am not missing anything. I was given the HUD-1 settlement statement and wiring instructions and am supposed to wire the money on Monday. Is there anything else I should be asking for before I wire the money? I would appreciate any advice and tips from the experts out there.Thank you!

If you were not handed the wiring instructions By Hand, call the title co. to verify wiring instructions.  The latest fraud, going on for a few years, is scammers hacking title company and agent emails, sending you wiring instructions to the scammers bank....where it is gone forever.
