Working with long term investors everyday has made me want to jump into the investment world and I am starting here to learn how!

My goal would be to invest in multifamily houses, I'm wondering if having the license would make it possible that i don't have to call my real estate agent every time i want to view a house and also give my some advantage on the everyday home buyer.
