We enjoyed the process so we are thinking to start out flipping and then, once we have some cash reserves built up, start buying long term rentals.Our goal is to be full time and able to focus on our family in 10 years.

I was just a highly paid employee.And then watching all my friends become 1% via REI between 2014-now, and none of them are remotely good at math.

I enjoy it and I've picked up several properties this way (an 8plex and a duplex I currently own).

How could I prepare or what are some resources I should consider watching/reading to prepare to negotiate for seller finance?

I enjoy flipping different items (computers, cameras, shoes, tickets to name a few) and providing drone services as a way to earn some extra income.I have little to no experience in real estate but after digesting many podcasts (how I heard of bigger pockets) and books post-graduation I definitely think it is something I need to learn about to start building wealth long-term.
