Unfortunately the weather in VA did not allow for much more outside this week.All set to hang cabinets and lay tile in APT 77  until we realized that the mold in shared wall between the kitchen and bathroom was more than we could let slide, the dry wall however dry was barely wall and there were a multitude of bad patches from plumbing weeks of old.

I think the advantage my Barber job gives me will give me time to focus on wholesaling being that I don’t spend more than 30 hours a week at my job cutting hair currently and am able to bring in about 4.5-5.5k a month thankfully.
