But we’re in a unique time for Americans with plenty of money and free time and no way to spend it. 

Riding around town with Matthew was like drinking from a fire hydrant.

I have plenty of equity in my main dwelling.

Now on the flip side I also was a partner in a company that had 300 plus lower end C/Ds and those tenants can really drive you to drink.. not all but many were very difficult to deal with over time.

Regardless, like Account Closed said, call a bunch of local banks... focus on the portfolio lenders, because they'll ahve more flexible terms.If you call several banks and they all have net worth requirements, I'm sure there are plenty of people who'd put their balance sheet on the line if the numbers are right.

We believe that inivestors and economy participants of all sorts will feel the impacts of this, but we think there is plenty of time for real estate investors, and little impact for those investing for cash flow and for long-term wealth.
