I have identified homes in lis pendens, but I need to verify that I can help the owners sell these homes, without  Having to go into short sale.I guess my question is can I approach owners with lis pendens to to try and have them sell their house? 

So my question is what approach you would take to finding non-builders (i.e. investors) to sell the contract to? 

I need some advice on some do's and don't and the best way to approach a few leads we are working. 

If someone approaches me through BP or through friends and family, I do help them with buying and selling of the property.

Can anybody offer advice and/or recommend a good design/build company who would be familiar with this zoning code, not the most fancy expensive outfit but somebody capable and certainly not the cheapest?
