Any suggestions on a new countertop color?

I placed 8 white and blue signs and 1 yellow sign with sticker writing.I guess my question would be; Is there a BIG difference on the amount of calls you will receive depending on the color bandit sign you use?

Tile backsplash and floor, color on walls, beautiful cabinets for the price, moulding, and changed out light.

Also, I've started painting all of our units a very, very pale yellow/linen color (the wife picked it out and everyone that sees it loves it) and the trim all gets hi-gloss white enamel.

A single room may easily eat up few hours in just one room, even if you are painting the same color.

I say preflip because what we do is go into a property and trash it out, spray all walls ceiling and trim eggshell white, spray the outside of the outside with kilz2 with a color tint one color, clean the lawn, cut it and put mulch down.
