I host one and a lot of guests are in the Charlotte market.

In the podcast the host says describes how we often go after the shiny penny (any goal imaginable) because we think that the "car" the "house" the "investment" the "money" will make us happy. and in fact what we have to do is be happy first, be happy now and then go after the things or people or situations we want. 

They have several different host and  I like most of them.

Hi @Scot Finn we were hosting 3 meetups in MA pre-covid (Lowell, woburn, Salem) and had an outdoor one going over the summer in Londonderry NH.

I host a meetup group in Forest Park for near western suburbs investors, and I honestly get more traction there than on BP. 

Doing a few recording this week and will be editing with the help of my great co-host, @Dakota Brown.Just finished up with the MFIN Summit, great sessions and got to connect with some great people.Also came into a few Co-GP opportunities, will be vetting those this week. 

Hes a good host and they are always pretty good meetings.
