Currently looking for CARPENTERS, ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, ROOFERS, DEMOLITION MEN, WROUGHT IRON WELDERS, TUCK POINTING / SIDING, PAINTERS, GRANITE, CONCRETE, IN GROUND POOL PERSON, CLEANING/DETAILING PERSON, ROOFERS (regular and wood) and possibly some others I'm missing.

Set house rules, no smoking inside, kitchen cabinet space designated per room.I have a house 6 guys living there by the room. works out, they have a chore chart sheet like who takes trash down, who cleans bathroom week 1, weekly clean up of main areas on Sunday week 1 and they switch off weeks.. yup faces change but not to much of grief factor. they seem to realize that they all are saving some bucks with this arrangement.

and I got title insurance... title came back clean mortgage somehow was reconveyed ( that's what we call mortgage satisfactions ) we call them Reconveyance deeds.. so that was a first for me..

Reserve cabinet in kitchen for each room and set a schedule for clean up.. rotate chore chart, like week 1 ,,room one does bathrooms, room 2 does all vacuuming, room 3 all trash out to curb, room 4 mowing and rotate..

All,I have a rat problem that has been in one of my houses for awhile, unknown to me and I have to get it cleaned up.One company I'm working with says I need to remove all the insulation, droppings, clean and treat and reinstall new insulation.
